Discovery and Fit
Every engagement starts with understanding your situation—not selling a package. We typically begin with an Ops & Security Health Check: a complimentary 60–90 minute session with a decision-maker to assess your current state, identify quick wins, and determine whether Guardantix is the right fit.
If there’s alignment, we scope the engagement together: whether that’s a fixed-scope project, an ongoing governance retainer, or an embedded fractional executive role.
Onboarding and Kickoff
Onboarding is structured but efficient. We gather context through stakeholder interviews, documentation review, and initial data requests. Kickoff establishes:

→ Governance cadence (meeting rhythms, reporting expectations)
→ Initial priorities and quick-win opportunities
→ Access and collaboration logistics
For retainer engagements, we establish a regular operating rhythm—weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly deep dives—tailored to your needs and the engagement tier.
Remote-First, Always Available
Guardantix is remote-first by design. We work with clients across North America without requiring co-location. Collaboration happens through:
→ Video calls for meetings, working sessions, and reviews
→ Shared workspaces for documents, deliverables, and project tracking
→ Asynchronous communication for day-to-day coordination
For retainer clients at executive tiers, we’re reasonably available during business hours for urgent matters—incident response, time-sensitive decisions, or escalations that can’t wait for the next scheduled call.
AI-Assisted, Human-Led
We use modern, AI-assisted workflows to speed up analysis, drafting, and reporting. Meeting notes are captured and summarized automatically. Deliverable drafts are generated from templates and refined by consultants. Routine analysis is accelerated so we can focus on judgment and strategy.
But AI is a tool, not a replacement. Every deliverable is reviewed and refined by experienced practitioners. Every recommendation reflects human judgment. Every client conversation is led by people who understand your business.
Pod-Based Leverage
